Some months ago — maybe many months ago — I worked with the then-regulars to design a poster that any of you could download and put up on some appropriate spot in your neighborhood, a recruitment tool. Life got in the way and the project was put on hold. I was given quite a few suggestions which I think I incorporated in the copy I have on file...but I cannot find the original thread so I can't be sure.

Anyway, although I need to tweak the margins a bit, I have a copy I'd like to shoot out for your comments. I wish I could post a clickable thumbnail here but vBulletin won't accept HTML and I don't know how to "program" in whatever language it uses. The option: to e-mail a copy for each of you to download and comment on. I believe I have all the active members' addresses except for possibly Pattypans. PP (and others, if you think I might not have yours), PM me with the info and I'll do a group mailing as soon as I have the group!

And keep in mind: the more members, the better the odds of donations that will help defray the costs to maintain the site. Every little bit helps!

Well, I've heard back from 9 of you, which is not all but is a high percentage, so I'll proceed with the next draft.
Stoneharbor suggested we spell out "chronic fatigue" since a lot of people, especially those new to this field, will not recognize the acronyms. That seems sensible. And Aaltrude suggested adding the url in the body of the poster in case all the tails are removed. Very logical too. Both good ideas. I'll see what happens to the formatting when I try, and then mail out draft #4 and hopefully the final, for now.

Thanks to all who replied! And PP, I STILL don't have your address.

Uh...just pulled it up and Aaltrude, the url IS in the text!

It is too, I missed that. Would it be an idea to change that bit of text to blue, the same as most links, to make it stand out from the rest of the text. If I can miss it, so could anyone else who might be interested.

Good idea, an hour too late. Latest draft has gone out. I'll change it on my copy and send it again. I'm hoping people will print and post more than one!
