I placed this in the Chronic Multi-System illness section has as Dr Martin Pall gives a very good argument for MS to be included among these disorders.

Dr. Blaylock provides a fairly extensive list of supplements that may improve MS, to varying degrees. However, his list does not include R-Alpha Lipoic Acid. Recent studies have shown R-ALA to be very beneficial for some MS patients.

For anyone fighting MS, Dr. Terry Wahls had MS and was in a wheelchair undergoing chemotherapy and still deteriorating.....she started on a Paleo diet (grain, dairy, soy free organic food) and is now riding a bike and horseback riding!
