Thrilled to read this. I don't like avocados. Many here have told me different ways and I still just don't like. When I made dairy kefir, I often mixed 1/2 an avocado into the smoothie but when I went dairy free, don't make smoothies anymore. A few days ago, I was in Publix and they had some on sale. Jimmy Moore (of nutritional ketosis) keeps talking about avocados, so I decided to buy some. I am blending 1/2 an avocado into my bone broth and the avocado gives it a real creaminess, reminiscent of a creamy soup. I don't notice the taste and I'm loving them this way.

I don't need any nutritional info to eat avocadoes. I just love 'em! Salad without avocado is like eating an egg without salt.
