    Makes complete sense (study was done on Dark Chocolate which has minimal amount of sugar). It is not fat that makes you fat. It is excessive carbohydrates that do.

    There are few things to think :)

    1. Total cholesterol includes HDL cholesterol and raising this guy is a good thing
    2. Just because somebody has relatively high serum cholesterol does not...
