    They recommended whole grain and dairy in Step 3; but many people with fibro do better gluten/grain-free and dairy-free.

    Fibromyalgia is not only about fatigue and pain and thus it needs to cover more aspects such as food sensitivities, allergies, Immune system functions, thyroid and metabolism issues and work on them as well for complete treatment. A good doctor of functional neurology and clinical nutrition expertise must be able to help.
