Default Carrie Sisson (wife of Primal Blueprint author Mark) Pescetarian Paleo

As an ovo-lacto pescetarian I've been looking for suggestions on how to adapt my diet to a Paleo theme and I found this on Mark's Daily Apple:

I'm not clear on how "primal" differs from "paleo." Or how yogurt fits into that plan. I've only recently begun reading MDA so I don't have the back story.

The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf and Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson are both recommended by Dr. Jack Kruse in restoring leptin sensitivity. http://jackkruse.com/the-leptin-rx-faqs/
I haven't done a side-by-side comparison because I know I can't eat completely Paleo. I'm trying to see how far I can go in that direction while addressing leptin resistance.

Many of you already know that one of my favorite authors on this topic is Nora Gedgaudas. Her book Primal Body - Primal Mind has a new edition since last summer. I would heartily recommend this one to readers interested in the topic.

Maurya, I was going to post that in the Recommendations forum...but I have the older edition, as you know. Can you put it there, please?
