I am 21 years young boy. Can anyone tell me that how I can keep my health fit by eating fruits?
Fruits contain high levels of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, fiber, antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, anti-cancer agents and the list goes on. Some things to remember:
• avoid fruits that have been treated with pesticides; eat organic whenever you can
• most of a fruit's nutrition is in or directly beneath the skin
• eat whole fruit, not fruit juice. The juice alone is too high in fructose (fruit sugar)
Where you live, you probably have a wide choice of wonderful tropical fruits in season!
