    The first time I came across this was in a Dickens novel! Seen a few references to it since in Indian recipes. But no, I have never seen it for sale, so haven't tried it.

    To me, considering the ingredients and cooking process, what we have is some kind of caramelized sugar or taffy. It sounds delish, but I have to say... Sorry Sam, but no bueno.
