This is a splendid idea, because the affect on the hypersensitive are very real indeed.. I recently posted a geographical location in Virginia where Similar constrictions obtain..

Conditions prevail in parts of Europe, especially in northern areas. dDifficulties of, of course occur with language barriers, not to mention difficult of travel for those who are hypersensitive.

I have no idea how many chemically-sensitive people there are in any given population, but surely a few apartments like this could be built in several places? How hard could it be?

Julieanne, I think there is one in either Virginia or West Virginia. I can't guess what search term you would use to Google it though.

There are scattered communities in the US, most in Arizona. At one time I was actually researching but you pretty much have to be quite well off. However, none in the US offered EMR protection.
