We may be on a seemingly great diet, be taking the right supplements and doing everything in our power to feel better, but feel like we are making no progress. But many times, we may be one small change away from seeing a huge difference.

Fatigue is a common symptom of an underactive thyroid, but it’s also a symptom of many other associated conditions, including adrenal fatigue, food sensitivities, and various nutrient deficiencies. Often people with Hashimoto’s will be started on thyroid hormones, but continue to feel tired.
