hi thanks, i am from india,i have my own farms.i am practising organic farming and in my daily routine i do Yoga in morning and eat my own organic farm food.

What crops do you grow, Shastriarvind? Do you raise any animals? I raise organic chickens and pigs, and I also grow and eat all my own organic vegetables.
