    Thanks for that link, Mr. Wiz., I believe I'm on the right track as the article helps confirm that, as long as I don't abuse the dosage. As I stated above, the MCT oil calls for one tblspn/day, which is what I follow. I believe the slight, 5 lb, weight gain is weather related summer heat, physical stagnation. Now that cooler weather is here, I get more outdoor exercise. I'll bet "liz" from Houston could relate to that adverse summer heat, that I experience here in NM.
