I've tried a regimen of both Ginkgo and Rhodiola and I do have the occasional cup of green tea. I have to say that I never noticed any particular difference in memory, brain fog, focus etc. but maybe these benefits are too subtle to be obvious. Or it could be that I need to take any of them longer than 30 days to see a change.
