Mix
1/4 C. flaxseed meal
and
2 T. peanut butter
with 1/2 C. boiling water.
Stir to combine. (I sometimes add a little honey). Add cinnamon to taste if you like. Quick & yummy.

NOTES
in the U.S., T. = tablespoon and tsp. = teaspoon. I don't know how they do it elsewhere.
I halve this recipe because it's very filling and as it's printed, it's too much for me.
