    The world's leading cardiologists have been told that the advice they've been handing out for 30 years about heart health is wrong: far from causing heart disease, saturated fats from cheese and red meat protect us from ever getting the condition and could cut the risk of an early death by 25 per cent. The amount we eat can be safely doubled from the levels that current dietary guidelines advise so, for instance, we can have 4.5 oz a day of red meat—equivalent to a small steak—every day and not the 2.5 oz currently being recommended.

    Those who are eating more meat and dairy have a 25 per cent lower risk of heart disease, and a 22 per cent reduced risk of a heart attack, leading cardiologists have been told at their annual conference.

    To stop heart disease means settling on clever decisions now that will satisfy whatever is left of your life. Not doing exercise daily, poor eating routine and other unfortunate habits can inflict significant damage throughout the years. Anyone at any stage can take benefit from easy steps to protect him/her self from heart disease. The tips are given below:

    • Selecting a healthy diet plan is the best option to aware heart disease.
    • Do Physical activities that means take exercise in daily routine. You can easily workout at least 1 to 2 hours daily to moderate-intensity of exercise.

    Not only by eating red meat and dairy products, by doing regular exercise , proper diet plan and also not smoking and drinking alcohol also reduce the 40% chances of heart disease.

    For best results, make sure that "healthy diet plan" includes grass-fed organic red meat, ample fish (at least once a week), and zero sugar.

    frankquinn, "You can easily workout at least 1 to 2 hours daily". I don't know anyone who has this much time to spare, and that much time spent on exercise has not been proved necessary.
