I agree with using "mixed" tocopherols because scientists continue to discover the benefits of all 8 vit. E isomers. Alpha tocopherols are highly touted because it is the most researched of all tocopherols. Regarding the 4 isomers of tocotrienols, they are even less researched than tocopherols, being discovered some 50 yrs. later. Delta tocotrienols and gamma tocotrienols are the 2 most researched of the 4 tocotrienol isomers. Delta and gamma tocotrienols, which I take 3 times per week, are credited with naturally lowering the body's production of unneeded cholesterol.
