Julieanne, I get a 404 for your link. Backtracking to copy and paste the original link you posted doesn't work either.

Omega-3 fish oil has been repeatedly documented to, among other things, fight and lower inflammation in the body. Given that inflammatory pathways in the brain interact with every system in the body, it is a bridge too far to say that Omega-3 fish oil have no effect on anxiety and depression. Omega 3 puts out fire in the body, but can it prevent or reverse these conditions? Well, the answer probably differs from person to person. But, I personally know a couple of people who found Omega 3 beneficial for these conditions. BTW, I looked up the British Univ. sponsoring this study and found their research dept. partners with 40 businesses and organizations "in the community." I'll stop there.

I agree with you, Mr. Wiz.

The problem with the link is the last two letters. Copy and paste, omit the last two letters, and you'll get the article.

Don't know what's going on, but I Googled 'Science Daily fish oil' and it came up straight away, so maybe try that. Or Pattypans idea!
