    It was news to me that probiotics can lower blood pressure. Given today's worldwide events, I suspect many are pretty stressed out. Stress raises blood pressure by producing cortisol, which increaes inflammation. Chronic inflammation raises blood pressure. Steps to better manage how we deal with stress (deep-breathing for example) can prove beneficial in reducing blood pressure.
