    As "Mr.Wiz" commented just recently, saying that taking Vit D3 without Vit K2-MK7 is a "red flag". And calcium supplementation is a big no-no with Dr Thomas Levy in his 75 minute video, "Death by Calcium". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwi9iZvudXA One can get adequate calcium from leafy greens, sardines, etc.

    I agree with Grulla on both points. Further, the amount of D is so small and the amount of calcium so dangerously large that any difference in vertigo over the course of a year is purely accidental. This is poor advice and I suggest deleting it.
