    Default Islander's Broccoflower-Cheese Bake

1-2 # each of broccoli and cauliflower (depends on how big a pan you're using)
    2 eggs
    2 C. mayo
    1 1/2 C. cheese, grated
    splash of milk or cream
    Seasoned breadcrumbs, if you wish

Steam veggies 3-4 minutes. Drain and dump into 13 x 9 baking pan. Whisk/mix the rest of the ingredients and pour the sauce over the vegetables. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Optional: sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs generously over the top and return to the oven for five or 10 minutes, just long enough to brown them (I use gluten-free breadcrumbs)

Looks easy to prepare, and will help me get more cauliflower in my diet. Thanks for sharing.

Lately I've been making the following with broccoli, cauliflower, or a combination of both: I put previously-steamed broc/cauli in some hot coconut oil in a frying pan, stir once or twice, add an egg on top, some grated raw milk cheese (not organic, unfortunately, but at least raw milk) on top of that, turn heat very low, cover, heat til egg is done as you like it. So quick, easy, and yummy. For me, that's a meal.
