Chicken, pork and salmon samples contaminated with COVID-19 showed no decline in the virus level after 21 days in both refrigerated and frozen storage conditions.

Well this is disturbing, especially since pertinent information is omitted. For instance, can a person be infected by eating contaminated meat? And does cooking eliminate the virus?
Another benefit of living in rural areas is that we can buy local, and we know the producers of those local foods personally.
