I grow this in a pot in summer so that I can bring it indoors in winter. My favorite way of using lemon balm is to add a big cluster of fresh leaves to a tossed salad. I love the lemon flavor that it adds… And actually, you might use it in any recipe that calls for lemon, e.g. fish.

I may try this, although my insomnia is way past being helped by gentle, natural solutions such as chamomile tea or warm milk. They work well for some, but don't work for me.
