    Eating avocado as part of your daily diet can help improve gut health, a new study shows. Avocados are a healthy food that is high in dietary fiber and monounsaturated fat. However, it was not clear how avocados impact the microbes in the gastrointestinal system or 'gut.'

    Well that was helpful.
    I don't particularly care for avocados but I will buy one when they are cheap (they are usually rather pricey here). I have jars and jars of homemade salsa down cellar and I manage to make an avocado appetizing by mixing it with salsa and perhaps some crackers.

    being on keto I love a good avocado, and getting fibre on keto is hard so good to know
