Spring season travel plans

Planning on a week long road trip northwards out of vegas in the middle of April.
We dont really care where we end up as we will have to fly back to l.a. regardless .
We love your national parks and recently did zion bryce capitol reef monument valley and lake powell!! It was breath taking!!!

How about you? What are your plans this Spring season?

I have no travel plans, and if things keep going the way they currently are headed, I probably never will leave this island again in my lifetime. Nonetheless, if you are planning to travel to the US, I would highly recommend Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Arches, and Yosemite, all within a reasonable driving distance of each other. If you have more time and resources, you might want to go north to the Puget Sound region and the Olympic Peninsula, as well, and possibly go east to Glacier National Park.

Bandsaiud, if you are going to be in Vegas in April, it might be fun for you to meet my daughter-in-law who is also a Filipina.

Btw, I heard Cajun Country NO was the best place to visit this April. Anyone went there before or actually living there/nearby? What's your thoughts about the place? https://www.allroadsnorth.com/journe...cajun-country/

Never been there but I think it would be fun...although it's very far from where you're going to be visiting (look at a U.S. map). Hot, but you're used to that. Spicy food — you're probably used to that too. Also lots of seafood. Interesting and beautiful old architecture. Lots of music, especially jazz and Cajun style. But make sure you are going to be welcome in the US… Travel to and from foreign countries changes periodically depending on the stage of the pandemic.

Yeah, I will remember all that. My cousins down there are planning for a trip to Cajun, and they are inviting me to come, not sure if I will have time for that though.
