    This is really good to know. In summer I eat dark leafy greens almost daily, but although I can a lot of mixed greens, I don't eat them as often as I should, and the same is true for chickpeas, lentils and some of the other support foods high in folate that they mention. Time for a change!

    Let's not forget that a supplement called Folic Acid is a synthetic form, not well utilized by the human body. One should look for 5-MTHF or Folate in a supplement.
