    This site wants me to turn off my ad blocker, which I will not do. I will say that that sounds like a reasonable idea as long as you don't go to extremes on that 20%, like KFC with fries. A diabetic like me, however, has to stick pretty closely to the diabetic regimen in order to stay controlled without medication.

    Strange, no adblocker problems here. This article appealed as I suspect more people would actually follow it, rather than some of the more restrictive diets. It's not perfect, but better than making no changes at all if you need to lose weight.
