I want to laugh at this because it seems so obvious and yet those who need to read it are unlikely to even see it, or if they did, to shrug it off. Most Americans are addicted to a diet of processed foods, many of them deep-fried, many of them high fat, and few of them accompanied by fresh fruits and vegetables. We could change the health of a nation by altering its nutritional intake but of course that won't happen in my lifetime!
