    In paragraph #2 of the article, "Even though sourdough bread is not gluten free, one study found that regular sourdough consumption might help improve the digestion of gluten. ..."

    Perhaps most store bought sourdough bread might not be gluten free, but for anyone baking their own sourdough bread at home, there is always the possibility of keeping the sourdugh bread gluten free: https://www.beyondceliac.org/gluten-...ree-sourdough/
