    Default One-Stop, Alternative, Cancer-Cure Compendiums

Reesacat suggested I start a list of web sites that are collections of alternative cancer fighting strategies, so here's what I have. Its not exhaustive. There may be more like these. If you know of more add them in, as we're talking about sites that give one many strategies, or links to them, all in one place.

What can these be used for?

    1. For someone that doesn't know where to start, these would be good starting points.
    2. If you want to see what strategies have in common these help that research.
    3. If you need to find a strategy matching your stage of cancer or budget or geographical region to find clinics or practitioners, these would help with that.

    Forward -- an overview:

The 5 levels on which Cancer must be treated:
This is a good introduction to the ways in which a cancer treatment program, once selected, must address the problem.

    THE COMPENDIUMS --

    Cancer Tutor:
Guidelines on how to chose strategies by the stage of cancer, and how to make sure you have a thorough set of strategies selected. Also lists protocols extant.

Cancer Fighting Strategies: Sectioned by the physiological battle fields you fight on, such as the Immune System, detoxification, anti-oxidants. For each section, supplements and foods are listed. This is not so "complete protocol" oriented.

Diseases - Getting Well Again with Natural Therapy: This website, put together by Walter Last has alternatives to several diseases. You will have to scroll to the section on Cancer, but it is quite thorough and includes treatments and diets not included elsewhere.

    http://www.health-science-spirit.com/diseases.html

Nutrition Articles Online - Alternative Cancer Treatments: This is just a listing of alternative treatments, with no references, but does include some things from distant lands that the other compendiums may not touch on. It might be more used as a starting point for research on these alternatives.

Quackwatch's comments on many alternative cancer fighting strategies: So that "they" can't say I didn't mention that alternative therapies are not yet proven to be effective according to the American Cancer Societies, I am including this precise statement of that viewpoint.

Someone dropped another cancer fighting alternative in my email today, and, in searching out that potential "cure" (small doses of kerosene, either ingested or injected), I found other references to it, and a couple of things to add to the Original Post here. So re-check the OP if you are interested in what is available as a compendium. The newly added items augment what I had before. They are not added just because they consider kerosene!

If you would like to look into the article on kerosene as a treatment:

Stoneharbor, thank you for the additional formation. I admit to a degree of skepticism about kerosene, but this statement I found particularly arresting: "...she became paralyzed and her rectum became atomic."

Though I've used kerosene for heating, and for lamps during power outages, I went to Wiki for more detail. What I found:

    "Toxicity

Ingestion of kerosene is harmful or fatal. Kerosene should never be used to get rid of hair lice as it can cause burns and serious illness. A kerosene shampoo can even be fatal if fumes are inhaled.[25][26]" (emphasis mine)
